1. What cookies are
Cookies are tiny text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide reporting information back to site owners. Similar technologies — such as the browser's localStorage area — work in much the same way.
2. Our approach
We use cookies sparingly and only where they serve a clear purpose. We do not use cookies for advertising profiling. We do not sell or share cookie data with third-party advertising networks. Where the law requires consent before placing non-essential cookies, we ask for that consent through the small banner that appears the first time you visit.
3. The cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary
- nz_cookie_ack_v1 — stored in your browser's localStorage to remember that you have already seen the privacy banner. Lasts until you clear your browser data.
3.2 Functional
We do not currently set any optional functional cookies. If we add any in future, this notice will be updated and we will ask for consent before they are placed.
3.3 Analytics
We do not currently use any third-party analytics cookies. Basic visitor counts are read from anonymised server logs only.
3.4 Third-party services
Two embedded third-party services may set cookies of their own when you load certain pages:
- The Google Maps embed on the contacts page may set cookies under the google.com and gstatic.com domains for map functionality.
- Google Fonts and Font Awesome icon CDNs may set technical cookies needed to deliver the font and icon files.
Each provider operates these cookies under its own privacy and cookie notices. We do not receive personal information from these providers.
4. Managing cookies
You can withdraw or change your preferences at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain. All major browsers also let you block or delete cookies entirely from their settings menus — search the help section of your browser for "manage cookies". Please note that disabling all cookies may stop some parts of this or other websites from working as intended.
5. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly target cookies at children under the age of 16.
6. Changes to this notice
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and revise the date shown above. We may also re-display the banner if a meaningful change has occurred.
7. Contact
If you have any questions about how cookies are used on this website, please reach us through the form on our contacts page.
